The Connecticut State-wide Video Advisory Council was created by Connecticut General Statute 16-331i to be the cable tv advisory council for the Competitive Video Franchise Authority (CVFA) service providers.

Regional Cable TV Advisory Councils

Regional Cable TV Advisory Councils are responsible for advising the Certificate of Cable Franchise Authority (newer certificate type) or Certificate of public convenience and necessity (original certificate type) cable tv provider in their franchise region. Several regional Cable TV Advisory Councils maintain web sites. These links are to those that are known to us as of April, 2019.
